Non-personalised products

Consumers may have a statutory right to withdraw from a non-personalised order. Use the withdrawal form or contact info@gastmerk.nl with the order number.

Personalised products

Products made to supplied text, artwork or other customer specifications cannot normally be returned under the standard cooling-off period. Rights relating to damage, defects or an incorrect product remain unaffected.

Damage or incorrect delivery

Send the order number and clear photographs of the packaging and product. Do not return the product until the return instructions have been confirmed.
