Scope and offer
These terms apply to purchases and confirmed assignments with Guestmark. A non-binding request is not yet an order. Obvious errors in price or product information may be corrected before acceptance.
Price, payment and shipping
Checkout shows product subtotal, personalisation, tax, shipping and total before payment. Business pricing is activated only for approved accounts.
Personalisation and artwork
You are responsible for supplied text and for the right to use a logo or artwork. Guestmark may return technically unsuitable artwork or an unworkable combination for correction.
Delivery, checks and complaints
Check the delivery on receipt and report damage, a wrong product or clear deviation as soon as possible with order number and photos. Statutory consumer rights continue to apply.
